CANCELLING AN ORDER:
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. However, we will need to inform our distribution team, so please allow 1-2 business days for this communication to be processed. Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to special order products or items that have been customized specifically for you.
An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery of an order that has been shipped (unless it is due to damage), you will be responsible for paying a return fee. We incur charges from the freight carrier to return items, and this fee varies based on the item being returned and the destination location.
Orders that have shipped are subject to our Return Policy.
RETURNS:
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is still in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. To receive a full refund, you will need to purchase a shipping label through UPS, FedEx, or another reliable shipping company. Please note that using other shipping methods may lead to delays or damages that can impact our ability to process your refund.
If you have opened the packaging of your delivered product but have not used it and still retain the original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover product examination, cleaning if necessary and repackaging costs. To qualify for a return, the product must be in sellable condition and include all original materials and undamaged packaging.
Please be aware that once you install your product, it cannot be returned. If any damage occurs due to improper installation, you will be responsible for it. You may file a warranty claim, but the manufacturer will determine whether they will cover the costs associated with incorrect installation.
Additionally, once engine-powered equipment has been filled with fuel or lubricated with oil, it cannot be returned. This policy is implemented to comply with federal shipping regulations.
DAMAGED PACKAGING OR PRODUCTS:
It’s important to inspect your delivery. If you are not present during delivery and later discover damage to your item(s), please report it to us within 24 hours of the products arrival with pictures, and we will assist you in filing a claim. If you have opted for a delivery appointment, it’s important to inspect your delivered items before signing the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the receipt without checking the shipment, you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging the return of any damaged items.
Sometimes the packaging may appear damaged, but the product inside is often perfectly fine. If you suspect there might be hidden damage, please indicate “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is still present or reach out to us right away. This way, if you later discover that the product is indeed damaged, filing a freight claim will be easier.
FAULTY PRODUCTS:
We recommend that you test your product within 14 days of receiving it so we can promptly address any mechanical issues. If you believe your product is defective, don’t worry—most problems are simple and can often be resolved over the phone.
You can also reach out to the manufacturer’s customer service department, where expert technicians are ready to assist you.
Please remember once engine-powered equipment has been filled with fuel or lubricated with oil, it cannot be returned. This policy is implemented to comply with federal shipping regulations. If you have added fuel or oil please take your product to the nearest service center for repair.
