As a family-owned business, we make sure there is always a team member available to help you with any questions during the buying and shipping process. Below, you’ll find a rundown of the typical steps involved in placing an order with us.


Step #1 – Order

To place your order, please visit our website. If you are uncomfortable ordering online, feel free to call one of our sales associates, and we can process your order over the phone.

  • Macpower Group ships within Canada and the USA only
  • Shipping rates are based on weight, size, and destination. To determine the shipping rate for a specific product, add the item to the cart and enter the delivery postal code.
  • Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with a postal code. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Step #2 – Order Processing

Once you place your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If, for some reason, an item is on backorder, a follow-up email or call will be made to discuss an estimated delivery date. If you choose not to wait, we will cancel your order immediately and refund your money using the same method you paid with.


Step #3 – Order Timing & Tracking

The length it takes to deliver your product will vary based on your location and the type of product being shipped. An approximate delivery date/timeline will be provided to you before your item leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive a rough timeline, please feel free to give us a call. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package so you can follow the delivery as it makes its way to you.

  • Orders usually ship out of our warehouse within 24-48 hours of processing.
  • The tracking number for your order will be available within 24 hours.
  • In the event of delays or issues with your shipment, our customer service team will promptly update you and take necessary actions to resolve the matter.

Step #4 – Delivery

Your product will be delivered to a location on your property that is most suitable based on the size and type of item being sent. For example, smaller items like landscape lights or batteries can be placed by the front door, while larger items, such as trailers or wood chippers, will be positioned in the driveway as close to the house as possible. If you prefer to be contacted before delivery, provide drop-off instructions, or wish to be present during the delivery, we can arrange this for an additional fee..

  • If you would like to upgrade your shipping package to include a phone call or set up an appointment with the delivery driver you can select this at the time of checkout.
